1. General
Welcome to the ALUMA site (“the Site”), operated by שם העוסק — להשלמה, no. מס׳ עוסק — להשלמה, of כתובת — להשלמה (“the Company”). Using the Site means you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
2. What this site is — and what it is not
The Site presents a product that is in development and has not yet entered commercial production. The Site is not an online shop, does not allow purchases and does not take any payment. Everything shown — including drawings, renders, dimensions, materials and an estimated price — is general information only. None of it constitutes a binding offer, an undertaking to supply the product, or an undertaking as to launch date, specification or price.
3. Registering interest
Filling in the contact form is a request for information and a call back, nothing more. It does not create an order, a contract, a reservation or any right to buy the product. Providing details is voluntary. The collection and use of details is governed by the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Accuracy and product changes
We try to keep the information accurate and current, but errors, inaccuracies and changes are possible. The images on the Site are 3D renders built to the planned product's specification, not photographs of it, and the final product may differ in tone, texture, dimensions and finish detail. The Company may change the product specification, change the launch plan or discontinue the project altogether, without notice and without liability to anyone who has registered.
5. Price
The price shown is an estimated launch price in new Israeli shekels, including VAT, delivery and assembly in Israel. It is not binding until an order is confirmed in writing, and it may change. “Launch price” is the current full price, not a discounted one: there is no crossed-out price, sale or discount on the Site.
6. Cancellation and returns
As at the date of these terms the Site does not sell and does not take payment, so no transaction that could be cancelled is formed on it. If and when a transaction is made, the cancellation and return terms will be given to you in writing before the first payment, together with the specification, price and delivery date. Nothing here detracts from the cancellation rights set out in the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, which cannot be waived.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the Site and its content — including the design, texts, drawings, renders, trade marks and trade names — belong to the Company or to rights holders who have permitted their use. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, translated or used commercially without the Company's prior written consent.
8. Prohibited use
Do not use the Site unlawfully or in bad faith, interfere with its operation, collect information from it by automated means, attempt to breach its systems, or submit details in the form that are not yours or not true.
9. External links
The Site may link to third-party services, including WhatsApp. The Company has no control over them and is not responsible for their content, their privacy policies, or any harm arising from their use.
10. Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided as is. The Company is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from use of the Site, reliance on information on it, its discontinuation or a technical fault. Nothing in this clause detracts from rights that cannot be waived by law.
11. Accessibility
The Company works to make the Site accessible to people with disabilities. Details and contact routes are in the accessibility statement.
12. Changes to these terms
The Company may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the Site at the time of use.
13. Law and jurisdiction
These terms and use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel only. The competent courts in עיר — להשלמה have jurisdiction over any dispute, without detracting from consumer rights that cannot be waived.
