Accessibility statement

1. Our commitment

שם העוסק — להשלמה regards equal service for all customers as important, and works to make this site accessible to people with disabilities in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

2. Level of accessibility

The site was built to Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG guidelines at level AA. Accessibility work was done during development by our own team — not by an external accessibility vendor — and was checked with automated tools and by manual keyboard navigation in the major browsers and on mobile devices.

3. What has been done

• full keyboard navigation, with a clear, visible focus indicator;
• a “skip to main content” link at the top of every page;
• a correct heading hierarchy and semantic markup;
• a text alternative for every informative image, including a verbal description of the dimensions and seat counts;
• colour contrast that meets the standard, and text that can be enlarged without losing content or function;
• a form with clear labels and verbal error messages that are announced automatically;
• no flashing content and nothing that changes automatically; the operating system's “reduce motion” setting is respected;
• full support for mobile devices and different screen sizes.

4. Known limitations

We would rather say plainly what has not been done yet:

• The site has not yet been tested manually by screen-reader users. Such testing is planned.
• The site is at an early stage and changes often; a new component may go live before it has been fully checked.
• The optional 3D viewer is operated by dragging; every piece of information it shows is also available as text and static images on the same page.
• The WhatsApp button leads to an external service that is outside our control and whose accessibility is not our responsibility.

We continue to improve the site's accessibility on an ongoing basis.
