1. Who we are
This site is operated by שם העוסק — להשלמה (“we” or “the Company”), no. מס׳ עוסק — להשלמה, of כתובת — להשלמה. For any privacy question contact us at כתובת דוא״ל — להשלמה or טלפון — להשלמה.
2. What information we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, phone number, city and the note you wrote, together with the choices you made on the site — table length and tone.
We also collect technical browsing data: pages viewed, how you arrived at the site, device type, screen size and browser language. We do not store your IP address. The IP address is passed through a one-way hash with a secret key and only the result is kept — it lets us count visitors and detect abuse, and the address itself cannot be recovered from it.
3. Providing information is voluntary
You are under no legal obligation to give us any information. You provide it of your own free will and with your consent. If you choose not to, we will not be able to contact you or update you about the product — and that is the only consequence.
4. What we use it for
- to contact you about your enquiry and answer your questions;
- to update you about the launch date, availability and price of the product;
- to send marketing messages — only if you ticked the separate, explicit consent in the form;
- to analyse how the site is used and improve it.
We will not use your details for any other purpose without asking you first.
5. Who it is shared with
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. The data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the Frankfurt, Germany region. Site analytics run on our own servers. If and when we enable a third-party measurement tool, it will load only after you have acknowledged the cookie notice, and this page will be updated. We will disclose information if required by law or by a court order.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a legal obligation requires longer. After that they are deleted or anonymised. Technical browsing data is deleted automatically after 180 days.
7. Security
Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), access to the data is limited to the permissions actually needed, and IP addresses are kept only as hashes. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot promise absolute immunity.
8. Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to:
- access — receive the personal information we hold about you;
- correction — ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete, unclear or out of date;
- deletion — ask us to delete your details, subject to the law;
- opt out of marketing — ask at any time that your details not be used for marketing.
To exercise any of these, write to כתובת דוא״ל — להשלמה. We will reply within the period the law sets.
9. Cookies and measurement
The site stores in your browser the choices you made (length and tone), a flag that you have seen the cookie notice, and a temporary identifier for the current visit, used for statistical counting. You can block or delete these in your browser settings; blocking may affect some functions. If you arrived with the parameter ?me=1, a cookie is set that removes you from measurement entirely.
10. Minors
The site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information about minors.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is published on this page with its date, and it is the version that applies.
